I must get down to Charleston to see this.

I first heard this story about this submarine when I visited the South Carolina State Museum in Columbia. Then there was an exhibit in Myrtle Beach to raise funds for the restoration, several years ago.

Off the top of my head I think it was best selling author Clive Cussler and friends who found and funded the project to raise the Hunley.
