It's actually Lime and Sour Cream pie that my mom makes my mistake i'm sorry steph
But here is the recipe for it anyways if you would like it still.
Lime and Sour Cream Pie
(Makes 8 servings)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Freshly grated peel of 2 limes
(green part only; 21/2 teaspoons (and that one is supposed to be a small one)
1/3 cup of fresh lime juice
1 cup of half-and-half
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 9-inch baked pie shell
1 cup whipping cream, whipped with 1 to 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Combine the 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, lime peel and juice in a sauce pan. Blend in half-and-half and butter. Cook over medium heat until thickened and beginning to boil. Remove immediately from heat and cool. Fold in sour cream. Pour into pie shell. Chill (in the Refrigerator). Top with whipped cream just before serving
Here is another one thats also good that my mom makes
German Pancakes
Preheat over to 450
2 TBS. butter (melt in frying pan)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt (Mix all the cup flour, milk, salt, vanilla, and eggs together)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
Pour above into frying pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes in oven. Top with whatever (pancake sauce etc.... just what ever you want to spice it up with)
i hope they both turn out ok. and also about the Lime and Sour Cream Pie recipe my mom makes real crust for it but if your too lazy to or what ever you can always just go buy a already pre-made pie crust.
