Really, we both average out to be about the same I think, but it depends upon the spot and can be so different from day to day. As others have said, it very much is as though a switch flips.

Definitely me, I'm certainly more ticklish, sensitive than my gf, easily a 10+ if you use the right tools/techniques on the right spots for me, and she's barely a 1-2, she enjoys teasing me lol.
