Oh, no. the higher your post count, the fewer the seconds you have to wait. I suppose by now, Milagros only has to wait half a second between posts 😉

That 60 second delay affects all users of all stripes. The only users currently not affected are moderators and administrators, who make may a billion posts in one second if they so choose. (and if the server wouldn't spontaneously combust, which it would)

When they had the 10 second rule, there was so much spam that the moderators had to clean up that they bumped it back up to 60 seconds, so they didn't have as much work to do.

I think it was an increase in trolling. Someone used the lowered flood protection to spam the regular boards out of spite. But my memory might fail me on this one

Post counts are so meaningless,really.Yeah,we have fun with them,and congratulate others when they reach a new feather level.And it should be looked upon as nothing more then fun in my opinion.

Post counts and feather levels could be done away with tomorrow,and i would still be here,to interact with the people i have gotten to know and love.I post for that reason,not to increase my post count.
