Found a board where M/M fans can post in safety

Hello to anyone who remembers me.

I don't want to rehash the reasons I left this board and all the negativity about M/M I encountered; it's already here: http://www.ticklingforum.com/showthread.php?t=92519

Rather, I want to let M/M fans know that there is a safe board where they do not have to listen to how disgusting people think they are. Why should the validity of what we like and who we are be questioned--and mocked? It is not a subject for debate. For this reason, I encourage M/M fans to join TKL Frat and be among like-minded fans. For me, being on TKL Frat is a psychological relief after all these years.

Here is the link for TKL Frat: http://www.tklfrat.com/betaphp/index.html
Scroll down and click the laughing blond guy at the bottom of the page, then select forum.

I must apologize to the women in advance, but only males into M/M are allowed to join. That is not a policy I like, but it is not my decision to make. Maybe I am selling out by being on a board with a policy I do not like, but I really, really need to be there. I cannot be here.

Straight men who like M/M are welcome on TKLFrat, and they are a force on the board; however, most of the board is gay. No anti M/M rhetoric is allowed.

It feels so good to be there. 🙂

Rock on! That site looks great. 🙂

Good for you GFTL. I'm glad you found a home on the web.

Good to hear from you; sorry you felt you had to go. I'll check out the site; glad to see you found somewhere to be comfortable and happy.

I wish I could join! I have written about four M/M stories:

1. One where Christopher Lloyd relentlessly tickles Michael J Fox on the soles of his feet.

2. One where Douglas Needles relentlessly tickles Marty McFly on the soles of his feet.

3. Two where Mike Flaherty and Alex P Keaton take turns tickling the soles of each others feet.

In addition, I also have a few F/M stories - where the 'lee is Michael J Fox, Marty McFly, or Alex P Keaton. The link is in my signature.

It's amusing that so many of the people on this forum are really so daft that they think m/m tickling is always gay.

I just did a photoshoot with two lovely young ladies who really enjoyed their time together, one being strapped down and tickled silly, the other doing the tickling. Neither is 'gay'.

If f/f lees and lers dont have to be gay, why do m/m lees and lers have to be?

If you really think that all m/m tickling is gay, you're a fucking idiot. And no, that isn't an opinion.

People are idiots honey. I for one miss you a lot :cry1: but am glad you found some place that feels like home. Someone with your heart and true talent deserves it.
XOXO

Well, I'm glad you found somewhere you feel ok, but it's still unfortunate that a few jackasses were capable of causing you such angst. Honestly, this community is small enough as it is, balkanization really doesn't accomplish a whole lot of good.

I think I've noticed two negative comments on the forum in response to M/M media so far. I have the impression that one of the Forum's strengths has been to function as a place for all people to explore and express freely, and feel emotionally safe. While posting stories, images, art, or even participating in discussions, it's easy to see that many members feel as though they're taking an emotional risk.

This has to be true for many M/M fans as well, whether they're homosexual or not. It must be especially difficult to work up enough courage to post M/M material, and then receive a response from a person who probably hasn't put themselves in the shoes of the recipient. Maybe they're specifically insensitive, but I think it's possible they're just not aware of the way that it comes across. Do consider that too, just in case.

I just read that other thread. Good grief. Was sitting there thinking that Myriads should have said right off the bat: "I'm really sorry this has happened. No one should have to put up with that crap. Whenever we see anti-gay posts, we'll make sure to deal with the problem asap." And then done it. It didn't need a debate.

Agreed, anti-gay posts are definitely a problem. Same with pro-choice, pro-war, and creationists. Damn people and their personal opinions!

Although this really shouldn't be turned into debate. It sucks that you weren't comfortable on the TMF, Goforthelaugh. This forum could use more people who don't lurk or type like they're in an AOL chatroom. Although I'm glad you've found a M/M board to express yourself. I do remember you lamenting not being able to discuss your fetish with other gay males.

Going to a forum shouldn't be a horrible experience. I'm glad you found a good home like I did here.

I enjoy m/m tickling and have written many m/m tickle stories.. I'd love to join just to post my stories there.

You think that's dumb, I remember reading on some tickling forum (I don't know if it was TMF or tickletheater, or some other tickling one...been years since I've seen the post) where someone commented that people who like F/M tickling are gay.

Um.....yeah, that makes a whole lot of sense, doesn't it. (sarcasm. lol)

Anyway, glad to see that those of you who like M/M now know about at least one place where you won't get hassled --well, at least not as much(...I'm sure some idiot will try to make trouble on those forums. No forum's completely immune from trolls 100% of the time)

It's Sad

Truely its sad that some people just don't get that tickling is universal. It honestly dosen't matter what your sexual prefrence is.

I mean if you really can't find a female tickler what's the harm of jumping the fence to find a guy who'll do it for you as a lee.

We are brothers/siters in this tickling community, so why be judges
and criticize those who seek to be happy through other ticklers.

I'm glad you've found somewhere to post and interact with like-minded folks, but what I'm wondering is why you've had to do it in the first place. On a forum which prides itself on equality, one where I've been called all sorts of bastards and had posts deleted for making comments about fat people, ugly people, shy people and stupid people, how is it that homophobia is allowed to prevail?

I'm not a fan of M/M tickling so I won't be heading over to your boards, but all the best with it mate. Sorry the fuckwits round here couldn't grow up enough to keep you around.

*Wishes she could join that forum* Oh, well. I'm still glad you found somewhere that you can enjoy yourself. 😀 And I'm sorry that you couldn't do that here.

I'm a big fan of /m, as well... which already makes it a bit tough on me to find good clips/stories/what have you (though thankfully I've been able to find some gems). But m/m is difficult to come by.. especially without someone making negative comments on it.

I wish people could remember that Golden Rule deal. It would make things a lot easier, or so I would hope.

Just sign up, anyway! They don't have to know that you're female. BTW, check out the stories in my sig. It's all */m tickling.

I certainly remember you, GFTL, and I'm glad that you found a website congenial to your interests. Enjoy posting there. 😀

Good luck, GoForTheLaugh. Hopefully, you find happiness in the m/m forum.

You can read the stories there without registering. I'm inclined not to register pretending I'm a man- seems if they want it to be all men they should be entitled to that.

I'm happy you could find a place more to your liking, GFTL. I don't blame you. This place, big and "welcoming" as it is, has some serious drawbacks that can't be undone, and others that simply won't. "Balkanization" be damned -- people have got to feel safe and welcome, and some, for various reasons, simply aren't, here. Sad but true.

Good luck, man. 🙂

I agree. I'll just read the stories and envy those who can register and feel at home there. 😀

Besides, I don't think I would be able to pretend I was male.

That's a great forum. I am glad you found it, GFTL. 😎

I've noticed that there aren't a whole lot of women here. The irony is that by posting homophobic or anti- /m comments, straight guys create an environment that makes many women want to leave.

I'm a straight woman, and I want to see /m as well as /f. I don't care if it's m/m or f/m. But this forum is almost completely focused on /f, so I already feel a little out of place.

Women, like gays, are a minority. The level of homophobia in a community is a good way to measure its tolerance in general. If homophobes go unchallenged by the rest of the community, then we can assume that obnoxious, sexist behavior will also be tolerated, and many of us will quietly leave.

If you really want to make women feel comfortable, then everyone needs to show that anti-gay or sexist posts are completely unacceptable. Otherwise you end up with a bunch of red-blooded straight men sitting around with almost no one to play with except each other.

Well-put. Cheers.

And I echo everyone else who has posted so far in thanking you for posting that. I'm a */m person myself, and therefore a minority on this board. Thanks for the link! 🙂
