I have one of these at home and ALWAYS wanted to tickle with this thing. I'm referring to an inversion table. I don't think I'd let the person get all the way upside down though, dangerous, at least for me. Id just grab the feet and tilt it a bit and have my fun.

Another piece of equipment you can use is a hospital bed with the person's legs raised up. That way you're not running the risk of injuring the person on the inversion table.
