Found the Perfect tickling tool!

I was messing around with my brothers Remminton grooming kit with the detachable attachments? I noticed there is a little gold round headed pin on the end when the head of the trimer is off. you turn it on and it spins but the pin is offset from the drive unit, so it spins and turns around in a tight circle at the same time. So, naturally curious, i took off my shoe and aplied it to my bare sole.
OMG I nearlt jumped out of my other shoe! MY GAWD it tickles sooo bad! I had a girlfriend tie me down and used it on me and All I can say was I was crying withing 5 minutes it tickled sooo bad! so if your ever in a walmart, its a great 15 dollar investment! thought i'd bring that to everyones attention.

Wow, sounds great! What's it called? My boyfriend and I like to pull out his electric toothbrush and use that on each other and it can be deadly in spots too!
