My interpretation of this clip is that Laney was tickling her for hours before the clip takes place. What we don't see is the energetic thrashing, laughing and vigorous pleas for mercy that had already been going on for, oh, let's say 2 hours or so prior.

This is the part where she is so exhausted, worn out, and broken, that she can only whimper and moan pathetically as the tickling continues. To her horror, the sadistic Laney amuses herself by continuing the tickling to the point of frustration. After the clip ends, I'm thinking that Laney tickles her to the point of sheer panic.
