Here's a rough translation what I could pick up.
0:32--After they bind her wrists, you hear in the background "Approach! Come closer!"
0:37--When the camera first approaches, one of the costumed guys asks "Is she ticklish?" She at first casually says no, but her family members then say "Yes, very ticklish!" Then Marie's casual "No" becomes a more frantic "No! No! No!"

I can't figure out the audio when he goes after her underarms more thoroughly (sorry).
The only thing I can figure out is at 3:36, when he finally moves the cardigan and starts tickling her bare underarms. She starts giggling and simply says "No! Stop! Stop! No!" [I know, it's like your standard tickling story, but that's what she's saying.]
3:49--Her tickler says "So, how goes?"
The costumed guy says "Ok, so do I let her go?"
To which her family says "No, keep her there." [This of course make us wonder if there was more to it, though after 2 + minutes, I doubt it.]
By the way, I think she personally knew one of the costumed guys, since she calls him out by name right before she starts getting tickled.
