A rough translation?
With the first girl Isabelle, Patrick basically told her that he wants to tickle them because a viewer wrote in saying that he wants to know who is the most ticklish VJ. Isabelle shot back saying essentially "Were you that viewer, since who else would want to touch all the VJs?" She then says that she's appropriately dressed for that and twirls (pity Isabelle isn't that ticklish). Patrick says "Are you willing to try?" and she says yes.
As she sits down, Patrick says "Are you ticklish?" Isabelle asks if it counts if she laughs, and he said yes (since the competition was to see who could hold it, which may explain why Isabelle was able to hold it so well.)

Isabelle in the meantime says she feels nothing, to Patrick's disappointment.

"Ok. Here!" [she squeals]
3:56--"there were two who were really ticklish: you and Valerie."
"Oh Valerie, yeah. I'm also imagining that Valerie was like [imitates her laugh] really loud."
"But you were really aggressive! So who wins [most ticklish]? It's hard to say."
4:26--He decides that it's a tie between Valerie and Chelie(?--the girl in the black sleeveless--Francois would know the name).
4:42--"It was a great pleasure. Listen, you go to work one day and you get tickled...by Pat...Groulx!"
