French Ticking -- very frustrated

I purchased clips from French Tickling. Everything went through but then the links on the page didn't work. I waited. Still didn't work.
Now, almost a week later I STILL have not heard back from them. I've emailed them every day--no response.

And, to make matters worse, the cheesy billing company they use has no customer service of any kind.

I guess my only recourse at this point is to dispute the charge with my CC company. What a PITA!

I was, repeat WAS, a FT fan... this is pathetic.

I've just recently had the same problem you're experiencing. I ordered something over a week ago and have not received the clips. I emailed them a couple of days ago and have not heard any response from them about it. Hopefully they will rectify the problem soon.

I just joined the site and haven't recieved my email, but they took my money alright. I emailed them, nothing! Does the owned of the site come here or something?

I think their tickling clips are excellent, but their customer service is abysmal. I complained once and got a ranting, irritable response virtually saying that I was talking out of my arse (mind you, it wouldn't be the first time).


When they do reply to a customer service e-mail it's usually having gotten hold of the wrong end of the stick from the original e-mail, because they don't speak English well enough.
