French Tickling Warning

I'm not sure where this should be posted but just to warn everyone. I attempted to join Frenchtickling.com a few days ago and never received my username and password yet I was still charged the $14.95. Now I'm attempting to contact the webmaster and he won't respond to my emails. I didn't want this to happen to anyone else so I thought I'd let everyone know about my situation. If anyone knows what I can do please let me know.

I know it's annoying...

but until some time goes by, like 2 weeks, don't yell fire. they could be on vacation, away for whatever reason.

All these things are automated and needless to say, not perfect.

their rep is great. I've done transactions on the site, no problem.

give them time, tell them your story.... they throw a free vid in for your trouble.

of course, if you don't get a response in 2 weeks, then I'd start with the flames.

I'm currently having problems with a PPV clip. Charge went through but the supplied link didn't work.

I've been trying to contact them for over a week.

If they are on vacation or something at LEAST put a damn autoresponder on the email account so we know WTH is going on.

Unacceptable.

They finally responded and provided me with a link that worked. Took over a week to hear from them though.

I agree with Ticklevids in reference to French Tickling. They are a bit slow sometimes in email responses. But they are a good company as I had been a member with them before and will again soon enough.

They just got back from vacation, and always post when they are gone so I don't believe that is the problem.
