Just remember, Eric Stoltz was supposed to play Marty. Then Zemeckis and Spielburg said like a month into the shoot, "Nah, this isn't working; lets try something else." Then, MJF came in and saved the day! So don't give up hope yet! Maybe a week into shooting they will say, "CHRIST ON A SINKING SUB! WTF WERE WE THINKING!" Just hope is all I ask!
