Full resolution gifs

Does anyone have a program or website that creates full resolution gifs?

What is a full resolution gif?
What is special about it so that any of the known image processing programs can't create it?

oder search for "resize animated gif" and pick the tool of your choice.
My link says there is no loss of quality. This does not mean that you can enlarge a gif to 10 x original size and details in the image will appear by magic 🙂
You example will not look nice when you resize it to common full screen size. Just try.

I do appreciate the tip, and I didn't know you could do that before so mad kudos! But I was wondering if there was a permanent way to resize with less quality loss.

No. There is no quality lost because there is not much quality in the image.
If you resize that by let's say 5 you will get a new image which is greater but has no more color information than before. So 5 pixels in the new image have the same color as 1 pixel in the original. The color spots become larger but not more detailed.
And you will have to resize that by
