In the letters to the editor in the May issue of FHM magazine there is a mention of foot tickle torture. In a previous issue there were some Tricky Torture Techniques written in an article. One of the techniques mentioned was Falaka involving a victim being laid down and restrained while having the soles of his feet beaten to a pulp. Well this dued wrote back explaining that the gentlemen pictured in this technique wasn't screaming but laughing because his feet were being tickle tortured. Something he said he had gone through as a child. FHM's respnse was that they knew a large Ukrainian women who would tickle him for $120 plus tip. 😛
