Memo that came down from the CEO of a company in the valley, I will not say which company 😉
This memo was sent out 3 years ago after a company sponsored trip to a ranch for the sallaried employees.
Sometimes you get lucky and the weather's good and your horse is frisky and the hot tub is "just right". Sometimes you get lucky and you get to witness the unbelievable talent that can exist in one place at one time.
But it takes a lot of plain hard work to give that luck a chance. I want to extend a special thank you for a ton of hard work to (several names deleted).
We're lucky to have them!
I don't know about frisky horses and hot tubs. Also in reference to the talent being in one place that just doesn't sound right either.
