To me,the main thing i love about tickling is hearing the laughter.Never really been intrested in having a lee gagged.How do you feel about it,whether you are doing the tickling or being tickled?If you switch,do you have a prefrence?Tell us what you like and why.
 
I hate them - unless they're the kind which keep the mouth
open (like the kind they use in the dentist's office) and
allow you to still hear the laughter. The problem is that
they don't allow the mouth to laugh attractively.

Well, I really like how gags look, but it's great to hear the laughter too. So, whether I want Meka gagged or not depends on my mood and/or what I'm trying to accomplish bondage wise.

A blindfold, gag and a collar are great symbols of submissiveness, but obviously they either add nothing to the tickling experience or hinder it.

However, mentally they add a lot to the submissiveness of the lee.

It's all about what you are trying to accomplish. I like more than just tickling, so that isn't always my main focus.
 
People can still laugh while gagged, they just can't form coherent sentences.

I'm not a fan of the idea of using gags on a lee. I like to hear the laughter loud and clear, as well as whatever begging they may give into the longer the tickling goes.

But to each their own. *Shrugs*
 
I don't like wearing them during tickling, it makes me nervous. Many months of the year, it is hard to breathe out of the nose (with allergies and all), especially with laughing.

Gags still work fine for me before and after tickling or just in bondage play.

I have never been a fan of gags. Recently I wore a gag at the request of a ler and the experience was a new twist for me. Now I fully recognize that gags are not for everybody; however, the common reason given by most is that you cannot hear the person laughing. I beg to differ. At least in the tickle session I referenced above, I was heard...trust me! Over all, I think it added to the scene in that I couldn't communicate with my ler, meaning speak to her, which increased my sense of vulnerability. (To beat the others to the punch...words of caution, do so only with those you trust and provide for alternate means of communication (i.e., hold a ball in your hand and drop it when you've had enough)).

Is the use of a gag an essential piece of my tickling scene now? No. It's mearly a variation to be added no differently than hogtie today instead of spread eagle or stocks.

Just another perspective.

I'm a switch. As the lee, I'd never want to wear one for fear of enough air. As the ler, I wouldnt want my lee to wear it, because I want to hear her laughter, and the reaction to my tickling her. So, as both lee and ler, I am definitely not a fan of gags.

i'm a lee, and the thought of a gag at times thrills and intrigues me..the idea of not being able to beg, plead and not be understood would enhance that feeling of helplessness that i crave...add a blindfold and wow...
 
Im not a huge fan of gags myself, although id be willing to try it. gotta mix it up a bit. isabeau, with me, youd be gagging for sure. :xlime:
 
Probably not, unless the lee really wanted it.
I love to here the sound of the laughter and begging too much to want to cover it up!!! :devil2: :evilha:
 
I get extremely panicked and borderline phobic when I can't get enough fresh air into my lungs (serious phobia of asphyxiation). This feeling of uneasiness/panic would be exacerbated with a gag in my mouth, even if I could breathe freely through my nose. For me, it's more of a mental thing than a physical thing.

Besides.... how would I be able to spout ego-deflating remarks at my 'ler??

I think personally that I'd hate it...the feeling of not being able to get enough air would freak me out...not to mention i'm a tad on the claustrophobic side. I guess the thought of not being able to communicate would be exciting to some, I think I'd like to be able to say things though...beg, plead, laugh, scream, whatever...even through a few smart assed comments out there... I know, I know, me a smartass? never.... :happyfloa

never! nothing to interfer with the wonderfull, delicious sounds of laughter.
 
I have never been gagged before - but while there are quite a few things I haven't experienced yet, but definitely want to try, being gagged is not one of them.
I might appreciate the added feeling of helplessness, but thats about it.
I'd just be too worried about not being able to breathe properly and I love some verbal interaction with my 'ler and hmm - I love to beg (not that I'd want my 'ler to listen though 😀) - so definitely no gags for me please :idontwann

The purpose of tickling is to hear that sweet laughter ...go from slight to desperate ....so mainly I dont like gags ..but if I may say Isabeau your thoughts on the benefits of a gag for certain ticklees is very interesting

thank you...i've never been gagged yet..however i've often fantasized about being gagged and then teased by a ler or lers..saying things like "What, i can't understand what you are saying...You want more? All you have to do is say to quit, and i will" which emphasizes the helplessness that i find such a turn on..

certain rare occasions, it would be fun to have the entire head immobolized, so that one couldn't even shake their head and then being blindfolded..well..it would be truly an experience...

i wouldn't wish to be gagged always...but the occasional experiment could be quite intoxicating...ah the powers of imagination...

I'm a lee. I have never been gagged. I like looking at pictures of bondage that includes a gag. Visually, a ball gag is funny to see IN SOMEONE ELSE'S mouth. I don't think I could be tickled with a gag in my mouth. I really love laughing.

Who in the blue hell would want to use s gag. Hearing the giggle, groans, pleas, and shrieks... man thats what it's all about. GAGS HA!
 
I'm against anything that impedes or interferes with in any way the laughter of the ticklee.
 
I love seeing a gagged ticklee, especially if it's a ballgag.
 
I have no desire to gag or be gagged-I'll leave that for those who are into it! :triangle:
