Galaxy Goof-Ups

There is an old tickling scene in an 80's cartoon called Galaxy Goof-Ups where their captain,Stanley, is tickled on his feet by an alien with a featherduster in order to find out the info on how it works. Their captain is eventually rescued by Yogi Bear and crew.

I was into the Galaxy Goof-Ups when they showed it on UK TV. I might need to make a few corrections here as I saw the scene myself. Sorry.

The captain's name is Snerdley.
His feet was tickled by a feather wheel (as far as I can remember)

The other stuff you mentioned was right though. Should have been more */F tickling in Hanna-Barbara in my opinion

Yes, grippedchimp it was a feather wheel. I remember this one pretty well. I haven't seen it in a loooong time.
