Sometimes the boss has to come up with creative ways to get more production from his employees. Toby believes he has found the answer and has a special chair delivered to the office. Dustin is curious about the new chair and Toby insists that it is a game changer that will make all employees more productive with no training. Toby convinces Dustin to give it a shot and soon Dustin realizes that he has gotten himself in big trouble. His boss tickles his socked feet and it drives him insane, seems the only way he can get out is if he promises to do be more compliant and work harder at his job.
