But I have fantasized about back and forth tickling with a dental assistant while in the back room.
The laughing gas starts to leak.
We both end up so light headed and laughing so much that she forgets the safe words.

The other dental assistant comes in to see what all the laughter is about.

Yea that actually happened to me once
I saw the thread title and was almost afraid to click on it.
But to answer the OP's question - No.
Yeah, the title made me raise an eyebrow. I thought it had something to do with passing gas while being tickled. 😛 Also answering the OP's question, it's never crossed my mind. If I'm causing laughter in someone, I want it to be from the tickling itself.
