By "picking and choosing," I was only referring to how desperate for cash would I be? LOL If I was a part-time, high-end male escort then I could probably afford to just take the ones I thought were OK. If I was using this to barely make ends meet, well then I'd have to take what I could get.

I was also thinking about more than just oral, in general. However, as far as the specific session you mentioned goes, well, from the rates I've seen (for women-seeking men) $150 would pay for about a half-hour session--for whatever--not including the tip.
