German Carnival M(Witches)/F feet

It's a popular event in germany where people dressed as witches and stealing the shoes of the visitiors (mostly women) while walking through the city.
There are a lot more of these videos on youtube. Maybe there are more funny tickling scenes as well.

I've always liked these carnival clips. Reminds me of those swing tickling clips from years ago, too bad those clips are mostly gone.
