Yes, you're right: this is supposed to be a neurological test. It must be from some kind of daily soap that I don't know , nor do I know the actors. Anyway, he says : You are really ticklish
She.: "Yes!"
He: Very good, very good..."
SHe: "Previously I only was on the other one" (Foot?)
