This is quite a stretch (literally....you'll understand in a second) but I came across a German site that features recreations of the Inquisition. You know the hard core torture stuff. The site isn't my cup of tea but they do have a DVD and pic set that gets into Tickle Torture. Be forewarned this is hard core and not for everyone but I thought it was interesting that they do have the tickle torture stuff. The site is a paysite but to get to the tickle stuff you have to send them a copy of your passport. Given the type of site thats probably a good thing.
