Get Miley Cyrus in Howard Sterns tickle chair

My number one dream is to get Miley Cyrus in the tickle chair on Howard Stern. I love how she said she's ticklish in her Album cover booklet. I'd love to see her reaction to being tickled on her feet and under arms with feathers etc. Let's all send letters and emails to Howard about this. Please help me make my dream come true.
