If I can suggest there are few places to look.
RPGs is a bit of different format, but plenty of f/f tickling possible there, and it's easy to join. Try Aygomen Glenn for more story driven, or Paradise Resort to jump quickly into tickling.
And you can search on chat (witch may take some time, but probably eventually you should find someone).
