Girls losing a shoe in computer animated. movies and video games

Is it me or in computer animated shows, movies or video games shoe loss rarely happens. For example in video games like Resident Evil Ada Wong wears high heels and does not lose a shoe and in tv shows Whitney Stane for Iron man Armoured Adventures also wears high heels and does a lot of kicking and running but doesn't lose a shoe.

I forgot about that scene. But if you look at it again you'll notice they never show Ada's shoeless foot. The only time I've seen a character remove or lose her shoe in a 3D game is in Metal Gear Solid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECafpcXlMXM

It's rare, I'm guessing because it's a difficult thing to animate and in a lot of the 3D models the shoes are just attached to the main model. But it does happen on occasion. You can find some cartoons in this list:
