Gitchy: Real or Fantasy

I stumbled across an old thread about a movie called Gitchy. I've also seen trailers back before I got curious about this site, by typing in tickling movies and what not. Anyway, I was wondering if it's a real movie and if it is, where can I watch it online for free? I can't find it on hulu or megavideo, so not sure. Anyway, please let me know asap.

This guy could even creep out Pennywise.
