I had a problem (probably my fault) ordering a couple clips from the good folks over at Tickle Party. I emailed them a copy of my invoice last night and when I checked my mail this morning they had the problem solved and I had the clips licketysplit!
Just wanted to give credit where credit is due since a lot of companies get a bad wrap on how fast they handle their problems.
BTW, I've downloaded and ordered from most of the productions compaines and I have NEVER had a problem. Maybe I'm just lucky.
