Ok, I went ahead and set up an account with Clips4sale, as I look to start producing vids soon, but it tells me that I can only accept 'Gizmo Cards' and not regular credit/debit cards?

Why is that?

Ah,

This is a classic. You actually have to e-mail Neil (the owner of Clips4Sale) to have the Clips4Sale store accept regular credit card transactions. You can e-mail him at [email protected]. Yes, this is not mentioned anywhere! Nice!

Also, you have to have at least 3 clips on your store in order for him to do this.

Neil's a good guy, but Clips4Sale's studio FAQ could be a little more thorough/organized...oh well. I'm not one to talk. 😉

problems getting paid from clips4sale.com

We moved to a new house over 2 years ago. I thought I'd changed my address in my store profile. I haven't gotten paid from clips 4 sale in over 2 years and they are not returning my calls. Are they going under or what? Does anyone have any info on them? I'd think twice about starting a clip store with clips4sale.com. I don't want to appear to be talking trash, but they seem to be giving me the run around. Can anybody shed some light for me?

You haven't been paid in two years ago but are only bringing it up publicly now? I assume you closed your store about two years ago, because continuing to sell clips without getting your money doesn't make any sense to me.

I find it hard to believe that you haven't heard from C4S all this time. They usually offer excellent customer service. Neil almost always replies the very same day whenever I write. Are you sure you're calling the right place? Have you tried writing instead? Personally, I have no complaints, and I got my check for the month, as usual. Why wouldn't they do the same for you?
