I'd search online for tickling "Munches" in the area. They're a great way to get to know and session with someone, and probably for free.

I think New York and Los Angeles have dungeons for that, but I've heard at least 2 that did that feel like the people they paid to tickle faked their reactions, since the goal of those is to satisfy you, no matter how you do.
