Going under the knife... again

With all you folks supporting me I can't help but have a speedy recovery. All these well wishes and prayers guarantee it.
You folks have no idea what it means to me to have ya'll care about my well being.
And allow me to wish all of you guys days filled with sunshine, song and merriment. A person is judged by the company they keep. You folks are the cream of the crop, the cherry on the hot fudge sunday and the blue ribbon winners when it comes to friends. My judgement would be outstanding, and it'd be because of you.
I wish I could meet each and everyone of you and thank you for your friendship in person, but alas, that's not possible, so this post will have to suffice.

Um... yeah... that's what got me here to begin with.
Let me say that I am lucky to have you among my realm of friends. It just wouldn't be the same without you. I appreciate the smiles you give and the banter you provide.
Stay sweet, laugh much, and behave yourself. And if you're having a hard time behaving yourself... let me know and I'll be on the next plane to New York.
