I noticed when I have enough alcohol in me I tend to attempt to tickle people more. By people I mean women. For instance one night I was at my friends house and there was women and men there. Well as the night went on the room was getting really warm. So some of the girls took their socks off. Well any one of us here would have noticed that right away. Any hoo one of the girls went on the couch to lay down. Since the couch was too small she had to prop her feet up on the arm rest. when I walked by I took a quick peak at the bottom of her feet and I saw how soft they looked. I was going to give them a quick tickle but I had to hold my self back cause I didn't want any awkward feelings to happen.

I think in passing like that at a party it would have been an innocent tickle, you should have tickled her foot to see what reaction you got from her, if she had been drinking too she may not have minded at all. That way you would have known if she liked it or not and if she was ticklish or not. Could have let to more fun with her if you know what I mean. I would have had to try it at a party like that. That is if this was a party or not? If there was no drinking and no party then No I would not have chanced it like you.

I would have started off with a brief foot massage and slowly introduced a slight ticke to see her reaction. But, then, again . . . I might have chickened out too because of the others (especially guys) walking around. I don't like anyone watching me as I do my 'thing', especially if they are NOT 'lers or 'lees. Drunk or not.
