Good Investment For The Future: Becoming a Massage Therapist?

So I was thinking maybe becoming a masseur could be a potential career I could choose to ultimately make big money and do something that's actually enjoyable. I love women and I love their feet. I'm 18 and I'm not sure what I want to do yet. But what better way to make money and work with something that you love right? 😀 What could be the cons in being one? Can't you choose to work with only female patients? I don't know why more people aren't doing this, besides being found out that you have a foot fetish and get caught trying to worship your patients feet, you'd probably be in deep shit, haha. I guess you couldn't fool around and you'd have to restrain yourself.

Anyone have any experience with massage therapy or know more of it?

This is a sweet fantasy, but I suspect you would find the workaday requirements of the job less erotic than you anticipate. To make a living, you would almost certainly not be able to choose only female patients, and if you could do so, you couldn't choose to service only the attractive ones. You would have to treat the unwell, the unwashed and the unlovely. And even if you're cool with that aspect of it, the slightest hint of unprofessional conduct on your part would, as you yourself suggested, cost you a job and, if severe, get you thrown in the pokey.
These peculiar passions we share are wonderful servants, but terrible masters. They should sweeten our relationships, not control our lives.
