Ordered Renaissance Tickle from Paradise Vision about 2 weeks ago. As usual it arrived very quickly, however, there was a problem with the tape: lost picture and sometimes sound at various points. Probably a PAL format transfer problem. I e-mailed them, explained the problem. Got sent a new copy of the video with the week (bear in mind this is overseas) and it was perfect. No extra charge, no argument.

Brilliant service.
 
Yeah , I know a lot of people have a gripe or two about PV ... but I love 'em! I've never had a problem & the customer service I received ( first with Gabby , now with Renee ) is fantastic!
