Therefore Googlewhacking is searching on Google for words that come back with 1 hit.

holy geebus! i searched my name (Norman Harris) and got back 22,800,000 hits for all sites by people or just people named Norman Harris... amazing :amazed:

and i thought Norman was such a rare name

i always use yahoo search, but i might switch...

You've gotta search for 2 words, and they've also gotta be in the dictionary as real words.

Hehe "butter my arse"that's a new one.hehe.Aww Senshi,I've tried it myself and failed,but keeping trying to come up with random words,the closest to it I've got is in the 70's...but oh well.

Stupid google!!! The problem is that there are too many dictionaries coming up, so whenever I put in a couple of words I can't get back any less than the amount of dictionary words there are. I just can't get below 3 results.

Could the word burninate count? I mean, it's not in the dictionary, but I've heard it used before.

I would think so too. See, I found one, but I'm not sure if it counts because according to Google burninated isn't a word. Thing is though, Google's knowledge of words is...limited. I know plenty of words that are in the dictionary, but Google says that they aren't or something. Oh well, I'll find something, I know it.

Actually orcording to the rules, I don't think it does. Apparently both terms have to be underlined for it to count.

No I'm afraid it doesn't,but that's the idea though.Like Conehead said both words have gotta be underlined by Google for it to count-Sorry not my rules,these are from the original Googlewhackers.
