From a Swedish newspaper:
A guy tickled his girlfriend until she started screaming. Five minutes later the police arrived.
- I didn't understand anything, maybe they thought I was abusing her, says the boyfriend.
At around half past eight the 20 year old girlfriend called a health centre for a doctors appointment. She was told that they will call back in an hour to book an appointment for her. As she was waiting for the call, there was knock on the door. Her 20 year old boyfriend went to open and found two policemen standing outside. They forced their way into the apartment.
- If he didn't open the door they probably would have busted the door, says the girlfriend.
The officers told the boyfriend to sit down and put his hands on his knees. Then they asked the girl if has called the health centre.
It turned out that the health centre called back when her boyfriend tickled her in the bed that morning. And without noticing they have accidentally pressed the answering button on the phone.
- All they could here was how I screamed "stop". I panicked because he tickled and maybe it sounded weird on the phone, says the girl.
Five minutes later the police was already in the apartment.
- They looked a bit upset, it was only just a weird thing that happened, says the boyfriend.
The officers checked the girl's ID and made a phone call while the boyfriend was still sitting with his hands on his knees. And it took a while before they understood what really happened.
- It's comforting to know that you can feel protected when something happens, but I never thought that such small misunderstanding could become so huge, says the girl.
When the officers left, the girl managed to get hold of the health centre and book an appointment.
How about that!!!!!
