I heard on the radio this morning that a recent University study (Michigan I believe, although I didn't catch it that well...) has documented that a mere 20 seconds of full-out laughter has the same cardio benefit as 15 mintues on a stationary bicycle.
It also mentioned that they documented depression victims sometimes leaving behind their medication based on "laughter therapy."
So, if 20 seconds can accomplish so much, I say overachieve--go for at least 20 minutes and get all you can from it!
The only trick I guess is figuring out to work it in daily!
