It's a vidcap from the old Harmony video TK-3, featuring Tiffany Storm (the ticklee in the pic) and Star Chandler (the tickler). Later on in this video, both get tickled by Chelsea Pfeiffer, who also directed this film.

I definitely love those ancient flicks? 😎

It's called "Tickling Up A Storm"...one of their better efforts despite "real tickling", altough the tickling didn't get as intense until the end when Tiffany and Chelsea ganged up on Star Chandler, tied standing up.

i tickled star there about a year ago. she was pretty ticklish, but be prepared to give her a decent tip on top of the fee, shes pretty into herself....
