Wow! History is made by the Philadelphia Flyers as they come back in their series against the Boston Bruins being down 3 games to none in the series! And THEN stage an incredible comeback on the road in Game 7 down 3 goals to none in the first period! This was the most amazing hockey game I've ever witnessed and will go down in history as the most incredible comeback in Philadelphia sports history! Just Wow!



Now on to face the Montreal "Giant Killer" Canadiens in the Eastern Conference Finals. The #7 seed vs. the # 8 seed. Who woulda thunk it?? Game 1 in Philly on Sunday. Should be a helluva series.

I watched it and was astounded! Up here, locally anyway, the debate is what's a bigger story: Philly becoming the 4th team in North American pro-sports history to return from down 3-0 to win the series, by a 3-0 deficit to boot, or the fact that Montreal, the 8th seed, and completely more hopeless than Edmonton, yet they came back from down in their respective series to beat the President's Trophy winners Washington and the defending cup champs Pittsburgh, both in 7 games...

It's tough when you equate everything together, but considering how Philly won...I may have to side with them.

this is pretty amazing shit going on. especially in the east!! no telling how it's going to go now but i definitely look forward to the conf. finals on both sides!
