Groundhog stew recipe

mmmmmmmm... groundhogs sum might-tee-fine vitals, Pa.
 
For some reason we're knee-deep in groundhogs in this town. They're everywhere. My dog has killed and devoured a couple of them just this week. Nasty critters, though.
