Because I can't be bothered necroposting in my old thread, here's the second part in a shiny new thread
[insert divider]
“I’m going out!” Meyrin yelled as she hurried to the atrium of the house. She checked her watch nervously as she tugged on a pair of shoes, “Damn, I’m going to be late.”
“Ok!” Cagalli replied from the kitchen.
“Have fun,” Lacus added.
The front door opened and shut as Cagalli stepped into the main room, placing down one of the cups of coffee she held onto the table.
“Thanks,” Lacus sighed, reaching for it and leaning away from the organised mess of papers spread out on the table in front of her, taking off the pair of half moon glasses perched delicately on her face.
Cagalli watched as Lacus sipped. She was pretty sure that Coordinators didn’t need glasses, but Lacus had once remarked that the pair looked good on her face – it was true, they did – and so Cagalli had assumed that to be the reason behind Lacus keeping them.
“Are you sure you don’t want to report it?” Cagalli asked after a few moments, playing dumb and referring to the incident she and the others had orchestrated. Lacus had told her and Meyin – Luna and Murrue still hadn’t returned – earlier that morning, and also that she had no intention of raising concern about it. Secretly Cagalli was glad, since if she had investigated then it would have been troublesome.
“Yes, I’m sure,” Lacus replied, eying her pile of paperwork wearily, “Besides, I’ve got too much to take care of.”
“You work too hard,” Cagalli smiled as she took a seat opposite her friend, “Then again, I envy you. I’ve been putting off my work for a while now. I just hope ORB doesn’t implode within the near future otherwise I might get blamed for it.”
Lacus giggled, “No one can be that lazy that a country’s downfall can be blamed on it.” She looked into the coffee quizzically, “Umm…about this coffee…”
“Hmm? Oh, does it taste ok?”
Lacus made note of the fact that Cagalli hadn’t touched her own, before replying, “It’s one of Waltfeld-san’s isn’t it?”
Cagalli winced, “It’s really obvious isn’t it…?”
Giggling, Lacus put down the cup and glared at her pile of work, brandishing her pen with a suddenly determined look on her face. “Right! Once this pile is done I can take a break!”
Cagalli laughed and sipped her coffee, and increasing look of distaste crossing her face. She sighed and leaned back, “I think I’ll take a shower, maybe rinse out my mouth while I’m at it.”
“Have fun with that,” Lacus said, not looking up from the latest piece of paperwork she was busy on. Waiting until her friend was out of the room, Lacus looked up with a small smile and put down her pen.

A small plume of steam followed Cagalli out of the shower room as she stepped out. As usual the carpet felt great against her bare soles, and she hummed to herself as she made her way to her room, absently tying the belt of her bathrobe. She rounded another corner and grunted as something sprung out and body tackled her into the wall, winding her. She recovered, and opened her mouth to yell out, but her cry turned into a confused mewl as a necktie was tied across her mouth in a tight cleave gag. As she felt her arms pulled behind her back, a familiar voice whispered in Cagalli’s ear.
“Time to have some fun,” Lacus said, “To return the favour.”
What? Cagalli thought, She must have overheard us talking!
Cagalli chose not to resist as Lacus led her into a spare room, instead trying to find a way out of her situation. Lacus gently pushed her captive into the heavy wooden chair she’d placed in the middle of the room, taking a rope from the small pile underneath it and tying Cagalli’s hands to one of the rear legs so as to hold her down. Gathering Cagalli’s ankles in one hand, Lacus reached for another rope and bound them together and to one of the front legs of the chair so that her exposed soles faced the back. Undoing the gag and reaching into the pocket of her jacket, Lacus walked in front of the other girl, taking out the glove she had by chance found rummaging through Cagalli’s room.
“Don’t do this,” Cagalli said, fighting the urge to fight against her bonds. The fact that Lacus had found her tickling glove was far from good.
“I don’t think you’re in much of a position to negotiate, Cagalli.”
“I can help you.”
“I’m sure you can.” Lacus crouched down next to Cagalli and the glove dropped out of sight, but she had a bad feeling she knew where it was going.
“Please don’t do thi…GAH!” Cagalli’s words were cut off as Lacus dragged the false fingernails across her foot.
“Who else?”
Cagalli shook her head, and an impatient poke made her spasm.
“Who else?” Lacus repeated.
“Everyone. Meyrin, Luna, Murrue…”
Her sentence was cut short again as Lacus dragged the false nails up and down her arches, and she almost choked with the suddenness.
“Kira?”
Answer or not you’re going to tickle me! “It was his idea. He made everything.”
Lacus made a casual upwards flick. “We both know Kira’s good with programs, but not with machines. The glove I might believe, but who made that voice box?” Lacus just touched Cagalli’s feet with the glove and wriggled her fingers slightly. These questions don’t matter but it’s fun anyway, Lacus giggled in her mind.
“Athrun!” Cagalli almost screamed. “Athrun made the voice box…NO!”
Lacus had started again, crosswise strokes spanning both soles, varying the speed and position of her fingers. Certainly more fun than paperwork, she decided.
She kept going for several minutes, and by the time she stopped Cagalli was breathless. “Where did they go and when are they coming back?”
There was a pause as Cagalli recovered her breath, “Meyrin went to meet Athrun, she’ll be back at one. Luna and Murrue are meeting Kira, Luna’s going to be back at one-thirty. Murrue has other things to do so she’ll be back at two-thirty.”
Lacus rubbed her chin as she stood up. “You said you could help,” she said, pulling off the glove, “So here’s the plan…”
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
"Home!" Meyrin said loudly, pulling off her shoes with a gentle grunt. She carelessly tossed her jacket onto a couch, and was about to pull off her knee length socks when she realised that no-one had replied. In fact, as far as she could tell the house was empty. She reached to the back of her skirt's waistband, groaning quietly at the lack of the compact gun Waltfeld had gifted to her one day.
Meyrin moved quickly towards her room, calming her nerves as she went. she didn't need her gun - what could possibly be inside the house that warranted the need for a weapon?
she froze. there had been a thump from behind the door she just passed. there it was again, a muffled grunt accompanying it. meyrin reached for the doorknob hesitantly. she gasped as the voice sounded again. it had been cagalli's!
she opened the door, and yelped in surprise. "Cagalli!"
The blonde natural had been hogtied, lying on her side and facing Meyrin. she was biting on the strip of knotted cloth that gagged her with a growl.
meyrin hurried over, untying the gag and catching sight of her friend's hands. the fact that they weren't tied didn't register until she was lying flat on the floor, someone's weight holding her down. Cagalli let go of her ankle ropes and slipped them off with a grin, and Meyrin felt her socks being pulled off. a light brush of fingertips sent a jerk up her body, her mouth opening to laugh. one of her wadded up socks was promptly stuffed into her mouth as far as it would go, the other tied over it. ropes slithered around her wrists and ankles, the suddenness of the attack leaving her dazed until she found herself staring sidelong at another pair of feet. she rolled a little, looking up at lacus and cagalli's broad smiles.
"what should we play, miss cagalli?" lacus asked.
cagalli thought for a moment, both of them ignoring meyrin's mewling. she clicked her fingers suddenly, "I know a great game. see, you get a long cable..."
meyrin felt her face go pale as cagalli pretended to describe the game to lacus - the same one they had used against her before.
"But we need more people to play that," lacus reasoned, and meyrin breathed a sigh of relief. too early... "But i know a game too."
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
"Ready?" Lacus asked, wiping a bead of sweat from her brow. the preparations had been difficult and a little labour intensive, but they were worth it.
meyrin whimpered into her gag, wavering slightly. her hands were held high above her head, the long cable secured on the stone railing of the library mezzanine above her. lacus had pulled the cable so that only the tips of meyrin's toes touched the heavy table she stood on. cagalli was standing next to her, flexing her fingers with relish. she was wearing those gloves.
"the rules are simple, really. Your feet are within a circle on the table. if, for any reason they move outside of that circle, cagalli will get to work. normally i'd leave your feet tied to make it slightly easier, but to make it more fun for all of us they aren't."
Lacus flicked the tip of the long feather she held and started on meyrin's feet without warning.
Meyrin screamed, stepping forward and regretting it. As cagalli started with a cackle, she also regretted wearing a sleeveless blouse that day.
it had been three minutes, and cagalli and lacus had been unrelenting, both of them knowing just how ticklish meyrin was.
they stopped, and with a little effort reset the position of meyrin's feet.
"that was a test. now that you understand, let's start properly."
meyrin let out a low whine, squeezing her legs together tightly. Lacus slowly ran the tip of the feather up meyrin's leg, watching as she began to shake with effort. meyrin had shut her eyes, biting into her gag in an attempt to remain focused. the feather was invading the inside of her thighs now, stroking up and down steadily. she bunched her fists in a final effort, totally unprepared for the fingers of lacus' free hand attacking her soles. meyrin's muffled squeal filled the library, tears falling from her eyes as the feather slid between her toes. she didn't notice her feet moving, but felt cagalli's hands, one working on an underarm, the other sliding under her blouse and working on her belly. a few moments later cagalli paused to shed the gloves, reaching under the blouse with both hands and caressing the sensitive areas of Meyrin's ribs and sides. by now Meyrin almost didn't care, lost in the euphoria of the sensations around her body. it took a moment to realise that lacus and cagalli had stopped, and meyrin was too exhausted to wish they hadn't.
Lunamaria's voice drifted to Meyrin's ears. "Is there anyone home?"

Sorry about the lack of capitalisation in the second half there, I got really lazy and I was using Notepad 😛
