Ceci The Tickler has a new friend to play with. 35-year old Ruby is locked in the stocks with her feet laid bare for Ceci to explore. Ceci has a new implement too! A wicked blue feather, and she shows immediately that she is a natural at using the plume and tip of a feather to make a woman with super ticklish feet go crazy.
And super ticklish feet are exactly what Ruby has, where only the slightest touch makes her laugh herself silly, much to Ceci's delight too, as it means that her new feather works really well on Ruby, who is undoubtedly quite the feather sensitive woman. Matters get worse for Ruby when Ceci drops the feather and uses her painted nails to tickle her soft soles mercilessly. This goes on for a long time before Ceci adds lotion, followed by more finger tickling, followed by more lotion, followed by an intense round of foot tickling with the electric toothbrush. Ruby is exhausted but is clearly enjoying the experience despite how insanely ticklish her feet are!
