I would say to think more of all the people that still use knowing where that item's likely been before! (Butt's a pretty common 'hiding spot'. Just saying...)

While stuffing drugs into your body is a ridicules thing to do unfortunately it happens because most of the time dealers are addicts as well and are dealing to supply their addiction. Addiction to a narcotic is a terrible thing to suffer from so instead of laughing and deriding people who do stuff like this maybe it would be better to become active in your communities drug counseling (like I am) or in the fight against addiction and harsh drug sentencing laws (which only fuel the drug trade by ruining lives and thus forcing people to go back to dealing drugs).
