Looks like we've got a lot of stuff from the shred and 80's metal days here. That stuff's all well and good and pretty impressive but it only takes so much talent to turn up the gain and wank around for a little while. Now I'm no knocking on the skills of most of these guys, I'm a big fan of shred, in fact some of my favorite works come from Joe Satriani (for those who don't know he gave lessons to guys like Kirk Hammett and Steve Vai)

For some absoultly crazy shit check out Django Reinheardt, he was a famous guitar player back in the 20's and 30's who had the bottom two fingers on his left hand fused together in a fire when he was a child and still became a guitar virtuoso.
