I am sure that many of you saw this guy's videos... some of them are posted on YouTube by ”Memphis Jr”. I am positive the YouTube user is not the guy that is recording these videos, but I am curious who this guy is, does he have a website, and how on earth does he get complete strangers to be recorded and tickled like that? for those who do not know what I am talking about and cannot pull up those videos on YouTube, guide records women's soles as he is telling them to move them certain way, and asks several idiotic questions, and then he takes this little pin wheel thing, and test their souls for sensitivity... although I would never do such a thing, I think it's brilliant and want to know more abou.t him and his videos

making reference to the guy talking to the women prior to the video, let alone after I am sure. But a guy with a video camera of any sort video taping anyone, while doing that and posting it? ooooooo the lawsuits that would happen. Of course without their consent

Seems to me it would be hard to stage this kind of thing with locations and uniforms. still wrong and creepy in imo and I wonder how many of those women figure it out later.

Generally, when you see a clip of someone doing this, one of three things has occurred;

1) He's slipped her a $50 and isn't telling you that. IE, staged.
2) He lied to her about why he was taking the video and she doesn't know she's being filmed for a fetish site.
3) She doesn't even know she's being filmed.

I've read news stories about people being banned from locations (nail salons, etc.) once people caught wind that they were doing this stuff, so no, it's not "brilliant". Go learn how to talk to a girl if you want to get some action, don't hide behind a camera.

Personally, it doesn't sit right with me that people sell clips without a model release, or in some cases the model not even knowing what she's being filmed for. Unfortunately, I did some reading recently on the rights of photographers and (disclaimer: I am not a lawyer) it turns out that in 99% of the cases, the photographer is in the clear as long as he doesn't imply some kind of endorsement or use someone who has legal rights to their image, like an actor. But just snapping pictures of people and selling them? Totally legal.

Again, personally, I think that fetish photography crosses the line and isn't the same thing as crowd shots of a soccer game, but them's the breaks.

What he does is wrong in many ways, but I love love love watching these videos...

I'm not gonna judge, not my place. But agreed, I really do like the YouTube videos.

Oh yeah, this guy. Definitely not a fan of how he does it, but I've watched and enjoyed quite a few of his videos. Can't say that I would ever buy one of his videos though.

I think this guy is the owner of Philly Foot Parties.

I don't think it's the same guy, the guy at Model Feet is from the South, seen his videos for years on Youtube, he's a bit older than
the Philly Foot Parties guy. From the videos I've seen from the Model Feet guy, he claims to tell the girls that he's doing some research on feet for
like medical surveys or what not. You can tell from his questions. No idea if he's paying them to do this before or after, I'm thinking not.
It's creepy with how he does it but like some of the others have stated, it's interesting to watch when he does find a ticklish "subject".

This post stands out, and should be taken under serious consideration. Should intimacy become exploited? Or, should a crowd become exploited?

The theme is about exploitation! Intimacy and social themes are separate issues. Touching a person and exploiting them is barbaric; but, if you want to socialize, and all parties agree - go for it!

But - touching people(strangers), and exploiting their reactions is rather stupid and sub-human! Porn exists for a reason, jerk-off to the supply! Creating supply thru non-cognizant partakers is rather imbecilic.

They are not Memphis Jr's videos and I dont know why he is claiming they are. They are from a guy who had a website called the back 40 foot and tropical productions or something like that. None of the ones posted on YouTube by Memphis are staged, the guy was pretending to be a reflexology student and pretending to do this for a class project. At one point he was caught when a volunteer was alerted her video was being sold on a fetish website, I don't know that any legal action was taken.

The other issue is... porn producers have to keep pretty meticulous records to comply with 18USC2257. I doubt these "snap and run" guys are doing that. Most foot fetish stuff probably doesn't fall under the jurisdiction of that particular code, but I personally don't want to have to argue that in a court of law, and if you're selling your stuff on Clips4Sale they'd probably be able to make a pretty good case that yeah, you're selling porn. The thing is, though, not keeping them is a felony. Better safe than sorry...

At one point he was caught when a volunteer was alerted her video was being sold on a fetish website, I don't know that any legal action was taken.

IIRC, the volunteer called the cops, and they did investigate. I don't know if anything came of it, though.

If anyone has anymore info on that story, please post it.
