I have to admit, I have tried it once with an ex girlfriend of mine, but more out of accident because when we were tickling it was in a hotel, and it was quite late! I agree about the ball gags–I use one occasionally, but they are much more aesthetically pleasing than they are comfortable. I like the idea of cover gags much more, but still need to explore more with those. For the hand over mouth, I do this to my wife sometimes, but not super often because she's not only a licker, but also a biter lol. I do really love the feeling of controlling her laughter in two different ways, though: Creating the laughter in the first place by tickling her crazy, and suppressing it by holding her mouth. She can get pretty wild if she feels like she can't express the energy from the tickling
