No, the phrase is not "LAB CAUTION" and there is no 'B'. (And it's not "LAP CAUTION" either...I think someone made a guess with a 'P' in it, so I'll tell you there's no 'P' either.)

Wow, 15 letters guessed, one letter left unguessed, and I can still think of three legit answers. Sorry, didn't mean to make this one so confusing. Should I just reveal it so we can move on to the next puzzle.
