Ah, for the first time since the revival of the Hangman game we encounter the problem of a solution with three or more people posting frequently.
In the past, there was one annoying TMF member (and I won't say who it was) who would leave the game dormant for several days after solving it,

We established this informal rule:
After a winner is declared, the winner has 24 hours to start a new game. If 24 hours pass with no new game started, then anybody can start a new game. Anybody includes the person whose game was solved 24 hours before.

So, in the current case, tickle_maniac was declared the winner at 7:14AM EST on Monday, February 3rd.

Makes Sense Mils...so if you want to start a new game tickle maniac you can by tomorrow morning or else I will start one or Mils.
