I got an awesome present this year from my brother (its counts as birthday and Christmas), a laptop computer. It's so cool, I love not being trapped in my room with that noisy bird all the time, lol. And then my forum's co-admin sent me a great digital camera because I was always complaining mine didn't have macro mode and I couldn't take decent pictures of my snake and tarantula. The rest of my forum staff chipped in and bought me the first She-Ra DVD set.
Unfortunately there's some sadness for me this year - my good friend Pam, one of the best friends I've ever had, who also shared this birthday with us Steph, took her life in September and this whole day has just felt very strange with her gone.
I don't want to be a downer or anything, I just wanted to say something for her.
